The East Asian Continental Flyway: More than a million raptors travel along one or other part of this 7000 km mostly overland system of corridors that stretches from eastern Siberia to Southeast Asia and the Indonesian Archipelago, and that includes sea-crossings of 10-60 km at the Straits of Malacca, Sunda, Bali and Lombok (Figure 7.1).
